Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or phone call once your order is successfully placed.

Delivery Time

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during sales events, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery Charge: PKR 250 nationwide.
Free Shipping on orders above PKR 4,999.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners, PostEx and Leopards Courier.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers across Pakistan. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and make payment.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:

The courier may attempt re-delivery.
Our customer support team may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery schedule.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package, notice any missing items, or receive the wrong item, please inform us immediately through our contact number, WhatsApp, or email address, and share a photo of the product/package. After verification, we will resend the correct, missing, or damaged item with your order.
